We have upgraded the Pricefinder search tool to make it much easier to narrow down your search to quickly find the most relevant recent comparable sales and current properties for sale or lease to add your CMAs to your proposal.
You are still able to search within a radius of the property the proposal is for or you can now also search by suburb or for an exact address. You can also narrow down the search to only find the most relevant property type (e.g. house, unit etc.)
You can now also search so you only see results with the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land size and price to make it much easier to quickly find the most similar properties.
