We have made a new feature where you can add your team’s sales statistics into the backend of ProposalPoint and have them automatically displayed on your proposals and appraisals.
You’re able to display and update your database size, number of properties sold, average days on market, auction clearance rate, total value of properties sold, average sale price, highest sale price, lowest sale price and more information on properties sold (e.g. number of units/apartments, number of houses, number of off market sales etc.)
You are also able to choose which date range you display this data for so you can put your best foot forward and show your or your team’s recent results and track record.
