We have introduced a new feature to ProposalPoint that makes it much faster and easier to find sales from a specific agent when you are choosing recent sales to include in your proposals. When you are searching for recent sales that appear in your CRM you can still filter your search by agent, suburb, price range, property type etc. but there is now a search box in the agent field so teams with a large number of agents can quickly find sales from the relevant agent.
Using the search criteria above any 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that is listed as sold in Bondi Junction in the last 6 months will be synced from your CRM so you can easily add it to your proposal as a recent sale. You can now quickly filter this by selling agent as well by using the search field in the agent drop down.
