A number of agents have requested this option in the case where you want to display the different methods of sale available but not make a recommendation in the proposal you’re creating. This is a feature that has been requested for circumstances where you do not want to make a method of sale recommendation to a potential client in your appraisal.
You can now simply not select an option by leaving the drop-down list selection on “Please select” which means no recommendation will appear in your appraisal.
