We have updated our digital real estate appraisal platform so you can now choose to add a Property Feature to the Default Library when you are adding a new Property Feature to an appraisal or proposal you are creating. This means if you need to add a common Property Feature you do not need to add it in the setting. You simply select “Add to default library” and it will now be an option for all proposals you are creating.
Of course, if there is a unique feature that you are unlikely to need to use again in future electronic real estate appraisals you can select to “Add to this proposal only” so it is not an unnecessary option slowing you down in the future.
