When ProposalPoint is being used regularly and/or by large teams it is easy for the media library to become a bit cluttered if you’re uploading lots of your own content. We have now added the option to permanently delete content that is no longer required.
However, please be careful what you delete as if it is being used in an existing proposal it will no longer load for that proposal if you delete it from the media library. To try an avoid mistakes occurring only users listed as an “office admin” are able to delete files from the media library.
If you are looking to remove some files but you do not have the delete permanently option in the media library then please get in touch with an office admin user to delete it for you.
